From his early days in the kitchen with his mother, a passionate cook, he has traveled an extraordinary path in the culinary world. He began his career washing dishes at the Catarina restaurant in Monterrey, a humble start that reflected his passion and dedication to cooking.
As he advanced in his career, the Chef specialized in pastry and grill cooking. His skill and creativity not only earned him a position in the pastry section of the restaurant, but also opened doors to international stages. He stood out in the kitchen of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, where his talent and experience were recognized on a global level.
